About Molly

Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 16, but I took my practice to the next level during the pandemic. I used my time at home to deepen my practice and earn my 200 hour, then 300 hour teacher training certification. I began teaching online to family and social media followers and once the city began to reopen, I started teaching at a rock climbing gym which gave me the confidence to start applying to other yoga studios. Since then, I have been consistently teaching several classes a week at Bluebird Sky Yoga, which is also where I practice Mysore Ashtanga. I completed 50 hours of Rocket training in 2023 and before they closed their doors, I led Flow Well’s Rocket program.

Initially, I wanted to attain the yoga teacher certification to deepen my own practice, however I have really grown to love teaching others and spreading the knowledge that I have gained in my own experience.

I specialize in vinyasa and my passion is creating flows that have unique transitions while also syncing the breath with the body.

My first love will always be vinyasa, but in 2023 I established a daily Mysore practice. At the time, I felt like I had plateaued and was seeking a new path for growth. After finding the confidence to step into the Mysore room, I quickly fell in love with the practice. I was struck by how the same sequence could feel completely different from one day to the next—that subtlety and depth was exactly what I had been missing. Since then, I’ve maintained a consistent (daily-ish) practice, driven by the ever-evolving journey of progress and the incredible community. My passion for the practice has led me to begin assisting in the Mysore room, learning how to hold space for others. I’m deeply grateful to the teachers and students who welcome me into their practice each day.

When I am not in the studio, you can find me running, biking, crocheting, reading, or managing my local small business, Happy Hikers.
